Legal notice
1. A 2-year warranty is provided for goods purchased by SIA "Olmarie". The warranty card is a document confirming payment for the purchase of the product, which records the time of purchase of the product.
2. The warranty covers damage caused by manufacturing defects or quality of raw materials.
3. The warranty is void if the terms of the "Olmarie" SIA Warranty are not complied with:
3.1. the proof of payment for the Goods has not been retained;
3.2. certain parts of the Goods have been lost (fittings, zipper, belt, etc.);
3.3. the Goods have mechanical damage or scratches caused by careless use;
3.4. the defect has been caused by using the Goods for purposes for which they were not intended;
3.5. the defect is caused by exposure to chemicals;
3.6. the defect is caused by failure to comply with the care instructions set out in the specification of the Goods;
3.7. the Goods have been repaired by another service provider;
3.8. natural wear and tear of the elements;
3.9. the defect is the result of force majeure or accident.
4. The warranty is void if the care instructions of "Olmarie" SIA. are not followed.
5: Clothes care instructions:
5.1 Clothes should be chosen according to size and shape.
5.2 Clothes must be cared for according to the manufacturer's instructions to protect against discolouration, deformation and other loss of quality.
5.3 Before washing Clothes, carefully read the information on the Clothes label and follow the washing and ironing instructions therein.
5.4 To prevent fabric discolouration, it is forbidden to wash garments of different colours together.
5.5 Before washing, turn the garment inside out.
5.6 Choose detergents that are appropriate for the colour of the garment.
5.7 When washing clothes in a washing machine, select the appropriate programme and temperature to prevent shrinkage and reduce the risk of colour fading.
5.8 Before washing Clothes, make sure that there are no objects in the pockets that could damage the fabric and change the colour of the fabric.
5.9 Choose the appropriate method of drying the Clothes (e.g.: may be mechanically dried/may be tumble dried).
5.10. When ironing the Clothes, choose the appropriate ironing mode.
5.11 Cleaning of Clothes with solvents and other chemicals not intended for the care of Clothes is prohibited.
5.12 Protect the Clothes from contact with chemical products.
6. Shoes care instructions:
6.1 Shoes should be chosen according to the size and shape of the foot.
6.2 Shoes should be cared for according to the manufacturer's instructions to protect against discolouration, deformation and other loss of quality.
6.3 A shoehorn must be worn when putting on shoes to avoid deformation.
6.4 Shoes must be treated with a shoe protectant to protect them from the harmful effects of the external environment. In wet weather, it is recommended to treat shoes with a protective shoe polish several times a week.
6.5 Natural leather shoes should be treated with products designed for them.
6.6 Washing shoes with water is prohibited.
6.7 Natural leather shoes must be protected from rain.
6.8 Shoes must not be stored in extreme heat, exposure to sunlight or humidity to protect them from discolouration, deformation and other deterioration. It is recommended to store shoes in a cotton bag in a dark, cool place to protect them.
6.9 Shoes should not be dried on radiators or other heating appliances to protect them from discolouration, deformation and other deterioration.
6.10. Take regular care of your shoes with shoe care products and independently monitor the condition of your shoes by timely servicing or repairing your shoes if necessary.
6.11. Protect the Shoes from sharp objects and contact with chemical products.
6.12 Cleaning the Shoes with solvents and other chemicals not intended for the care of Shoes is prohibited.
6.13.Defects such as heel wear, wear and tear of the shoes or defects caused by failure to follow the instructions for the care of the shoes, as well as minor defects that do not affect the wearing of the shoes - will not be covered by the warranty.
7. Bag Care Instructions
7.1 Bags must be cared for in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions to protect against discolouration, deformation and other loss of quality.
7.2 Genuine Leather Bags must be cared for with the products intended for them.
7.3 Washing of Bags with water is prohibited.
7.4 Genuine Leather Bags must be spared from rain.
7.5 Bags must not be stored in extreme heat, exposure to sunlight or humidity to protect the Bags from discolouration, deformation and other loss of quality. To protect the Bags, it is recommended that they be stored in a cotton bag in a dark, cool place.
7.6 Bags should not be dried on radiators, other heating appliances to protect against discolouration, deformation and other loss of quality.
7.7 Regularly care for the Bag with care products and independently monitor the condition of the Bag, carrying out timely maintenance or repairs if necessary.
7.8 Keep the Bag away from sharp and pointed objects and from contact with chemical products.
7.9 Observe the capacity of the Bag so as not to expose it to the risk of deformation or breakage due to weight and volume.
7.10 Cleaning the Bags with solvents and other chemicals not intended for the care of the Bags is prohibited.
7.11.Defects such as wear and tear of the Bags or defects caused by failure to follow the instructions for care of the Bags, as well as minor defects that do not affect the wearing of the Bags - will not be covered by the warranty.
8. Care instructions for costume jewellery
8.1 Remove the Jewellery when cleaning the house or grounds.
8.2 Remove your Jewellery when visiting the beach, swimming pool, sauna, salt baths, when playing sports, during beauty treatments, showers and baths.
8.3 Store the Jewellery in a dark, cool place, in a soft bag or chest, separate from other jewellery, to avoid the risk of mechanical damage and scratches.
8.4 Clean the Jewellery regularly with a special cloth or soft cloth (suede or flannel).
8.5 The use of chemicals, toothpaste or sand to clean the Jewellery is prohibited.
8.6 Avoid wearing multiple pieces of jewellery (e.g. two rings on one finger) to prevent the risk of scratches.
8.7 Avoid impact or contact with sharp, rough, hard household objects (table, doors, walls, handles, etc.).
8.8 Do not expose the Jewellery to temperature fluctuations (in the sauna, solarium, after sunbathing in cold water in the swimming pool, etc.) or contact with water.
8.9 It is forbidden to use the Jewellery for purposes for which it is not intended (e.g. rings for opening bottle caps, do not carry heavy objects such as keys on a chain, etc.).
8.10 It is forbidden to adjust the size yourself, as deformation may cause the crystals to fall out and will void your warranty.
8.11. Defects such as wear and tear of the Jewellery, or defects caused by failure to follow the care instructions for the Jewellery, as well as minor defects that do not affect the wearing of the Jewellery - will not be covered by the warranty.
9. "Olmarie" SIA. is not responsible for repairs, engravings, resizing, etc. carried out by craftsmen from other shops or workshops.
10. "Olmarie" SIA. shall not be liable for improperly cared for Goods.
